Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling recommendations. You will help keep the store organized and ensure merchandise is in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers.

You will collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our inviting environment on the sales floor, while using brand behaviors to drive loyalty and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Team player with a service-oriented approach.
