Job summary

ANN TAYLOR at Danbury Mall is seeking a Sales Associate who will be the brand ambassador, offering personalized styling and guiding customers through their shopping journey.

You’ll help keep the store looking polished and organized on the sales floor, collaborate with your team, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience across channels. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and listen to their needs to create personalized customer experiences.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
