LOFT is hiring a Sales Associate to be the ultimate brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll keep the store beautiful and organized, collaborating with your team to create memorable customer experiences on the sales floor.

You’ll bring a hospitality mindset, share product knowledge, and drive brand loyalty while maintaining high visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
