Job summary

Sam's Club is looking for dedicated individuals to support Membership and fulfill orders while maintaining safety standards. You will engage with Members to provide excellent service and have opportunities for personal growth and teamwork within the organization.

The role involves ensuring the safety of the facility, fulfilling orders accurately, and promoting Membership benefits. A range of benefits including health coverage and educational opportunities are available.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to and learn from change.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy.

Salary

• The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
