Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a customer-focused team member to support Membership, promote value, and assist Members with purchases and service needs. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, safety, and collaboration with store teams to meet Member goals.

You will engage with Members, provide product knowledge, and ensure smooth operations across areas such as orders, upgrades, and service inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
