Walmart Sam's Club in Brooksville, FL is seeking a full-time hourly associate to assist management by supervising store associates, assigning duties, and guiding service delivery.

You will oversee Club Pick Up and Ship From Club operations, audit customer feedback, resolve issues, and help manage safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates in assigned area; assigns duties and provides direction.
• Maintains safety and compliance by performing safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials per guidelines.
• Oversees ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and audits online feedback to resolve issues.
• Executes the Club Pickup plan; updates operations with KPIs and ensures orders are fulfilled.
• Develops processes to meet business needs; analyzes information from multiple sources to drive improvements.
• Provides member service, assists with self-service technology, and guides purchasing decisions.
• Maintains sales floor, handles claims, prices merchandise, stocks and arranges displays.
