Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties
• Train associates on processes and procedures
• Ensure member service approaches and techniques address complaints
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies, conduct safety checks
• Support ecommerce programs (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and resolve online feedback
• Oversee Club Pickup operations, ensure orders are fulfilled and staff coverage
• Provide customer service and help members with self-service tech and purchasing decisions
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation, handle claims, pricing and displays
