Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately, delivering a smooth pickup experience for customers. You will greet customers, handle payment at the carside area, and collaborate with team members to keep the pickup zone organized and clean.

You don’t need to know everything on day one; training will be provided. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus, and there are opportunities for advancement and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a customer-first approach.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to systems.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area and collect payment as needed.
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and store team members.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Receive daily workflow via dashboard and fulfill orders throughout shift.
• Assist with other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
