Job summary

Pegasus Preserve of First Colony in Sugar Land, TX is hiring Home Health Aides to provide companionship, personal care, and support with daily activities for seniors. You’ll help residents stay independent, active, and engaged in daily routines.

Qualifications

Home Health Aide certification or caregiving experience preferred.
Experience working with seniors preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compassionate, dependable, and service-focused.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while building trusting relationships.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities.
Assist with transportation, errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
