Job summary

Pegasus Preserve of Vintage Park is seeking a Home Health Aide to support residents with daily activities, personal care, and companionship. You will assist with transportation, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and pet care, helping seniors remain independent and engaged in life.

Join a caring team that values reliability, strong communication, and compassionate service. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required; home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Home Health Aide certification or caregiving experience preferred.
Experience working with seniors preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compassionate, dependable, and service-focused.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while building trusting relationships.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, personal care, transportation, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and pet care.
Support residents with daily activities and mobility.
Build meaningful relationships while ensuring safety and independence.
Help residents stay engaged and participate in activities.
Communicate with families and care teams to ensure quality care.
