Job summary

Pegasus Preserve of West University is seeking a Home Health Aide to support seniors in their homes around Houston, TX. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence and quality of life.

Flexible scheduling and a program offering same-day pay plus PTO for full-time associates are highlighted benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to visit clients at their homes.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certification or caregiving experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and service-focused.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while building trusting relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors and support daily activities.
