Viability, Inc. is seeking a Health Services Support Professional (PNA/Personal Needs Assistant) for full-time hours in West Springfield and Springfield, MA. The role pays $22.00 per hour with a 35-hour workweek and a schedule from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

The Personal Needs Attendant assists members with ADL, supports independence, and participates in assessments while maintaining safety and quality of care. A valid driver’s license and related experience are required.

Qualificações

• High School/GED plus 1-year related experience and/or CNA training.
• One year of human service experience desired.
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Implement training procedures to increase independence in personal care and ADL.
• Attend to members’ first aid needs and participate in assessments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
