SVNA Home Assistance in Lenox, MA is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes or facilities.

You will help with daily living activities, meals, light housekeeping, and social engagement, while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Flexible scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends; PTO and health insurance may be offered to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes or facilities
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals, manage medication, and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Engage in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation, such as games, puzzles, or conversation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure seamless care

Job description

SVNA Home Assistance is a registered, non-medical home care company. We provide caregivers to our clients' homes or within any facility in the Lenox, Massachusetts area, to make our clients' day-to-day lives easier. As an Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of PCAs who pride themselves on matching personalities to meet the unique needs of our clients.
