Job summary

Stfrancis is offering an undergraduate underwriting internship where you will learn a range of insurance coverages and contracts and study the company philosophy and procedures used to support underwriting decisions.

You will analyze loss experience, examine policies and endorsements, become familiar with supporting sections of the underwriting department, and communicate with independent agents and colleagues to develop practical skills through approved educational programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in good standing, junior or senior.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to resolve complex issues.
• Interest in learning underwriting processes via education programs.

Compensation & Benefits
