Job summary

Arbour Specialty is seeking a seasoned Personal Lines Underwriter to join our Georgia market. In this remote role, you will evaluate and price risks, build strong agency partnerships, and contribute to profitable growth across our personal lines portfolio.

You will manage new and renewal submissions, communicate decisions to agents, conduct agency visits, and maintain underwriting documentation while collaborating with a team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of underwriting experience
• Property & Casualty license required
• Knowledge of Excess & Surplus Lines products
• Experience developing marketing or business-development strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
