The ideal candidate has 15+ years of underwriting experience, holds a Property & Casualty license, and understands Excess & Surplus Lines markets. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

What You'll Do

As an Underwriter, you will be responsible for managing new and renewal business while ensuring underwriting decisions align with company guidelines and profitability objectives. You'll work closely with independent agents, assess risk exposures, and help drive business development efforts.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:
