Job summary

Olympus Insurance Company seeks a Personal Lines Underwriter to join our Florida team in Jacksonville. You will evaluate risks, review new business and renewals, and communicate underwriting decisions to agency partners.

Candidates should have Personal Lines underwriting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A Property & Casualty license or designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines underwriting or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, service-focused approach with partners.
• Sound judgment for underwriting decisions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; basic tech literacy.
• Property & Casualty license or designation is a plus.

Responsibilities
