Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Property and casualty insurance designations preferred (AIC, CPCU).
• Active Insurance License strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and endorsements to evaluate submissions per underwriting guidelines.
• Assess risk quality for in-force book during renewal reviews and initiate loss prevention actions.
• Research and resolve missing information requests from agency partners.
• Communicate with agents daily via phone, diary, and email to obtain information and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with field reps and other insurers to obtain information and explain underwriting policies.
• Build relationships with internal teams to attract and retain profitable business.
• Explain products and services to customers and agents clearly.
• Represent the organization at agent meetings and events as needed.
