Job Summary

Accept, decline, or modify personal lines policy offerings or endorsements based on company guidelines. Responsibilities include risk analysis, documentation, pricing, research, and decision-making. Manage renewal books, review risk characteristics, and develop relationships with agents. Provide training and contribute to building our Arizona book of business. This is a fully remote role, requiring Arizona residency and occasional travel for in-person activities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 2-3 years underwriting experience in Arizona (home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles)
• Experience with high-value homes and scheduled personal property
• Basic computer skills, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Education and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
• Completion of General Program in Insurance

Salary

Range: $53,459 - $80,189. Actual offer depends on experience, skills, location, and internal factors.
