Job Summary

Accept, decline, or modify personal lines policy offerings or endorsements based on company guidelines, including risk analysis, documentation, pricing, and decision-making. Review reports, manage renewal books, and develop relationships with agents. Provide training and support to agencies and internal staff. This position is fully remote but requires Arizona residency and occasional travel for in-person activities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 2-3 years underwriting experience in Arizona (home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles)
• Experience with high-value homes and scheduled personal property
• Basic computer skills, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Education and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
• Completion of General Program in Insurance

Salary

Range: $53,459 - $80,189, based on experience and other factors.
