Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License for Massachusetts.
• Minimum of three years working in a personal lines insurance environment.
• Strong command of AMS360 or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly to individuals and families.
• High attention to detail regarding policy coverage, endorsements, and renewals.
• Effective problem-solving skills when addressing client coverage concerns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our personal lines clients, managing their accounts from start to finish.
• Review existing policies at renewal to ensure every client has the right coverage for their current life circumstances.
• Navigate multiple carrier portals to secure competitive quotes and policy updates.
• Assist clients in reporting claims by walking them through the process with patience and clear communication.
• Identify potential gaps in a client's protection plan and suggest meaningful additions that add genuine value.
• Maintain accurate client data within our systems to ensure seamless service and regulatory compliance.
