Provident Protection Plus, the insurance subsidiary of Provident Bank, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle the day-to-day management and servicing of a personal lines book, collaborating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage renewals, coverage changes, and policy administration while pursuing opportunities to grow existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required or able to obtain.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with AMS360 and WorkSmart is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and service an assigned personal lines book of business.
• Support policy renewals in line with agency timelines.
• Assist clients with coverage modifications and guidance on options.
• Submit renewal applications to carriers and negotiate coverage solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers and internal partners.
• Prepare proposals, issue binders and ID cards, process policy changes.
• Review policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to expand insurance relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain records and adhere to procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer and business objectives.
