Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Personal Lines client management.
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems like AMS 360, Work Smart, and EPIC.
• Extensive knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting and coverage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and exceed their expectations.
• Service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage system records of service and marketing communications.
• Participate in retention of renewal business and interact with producers.
• Provide clients with coverage recommendations and ensure proper coverage.
