Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a highly motivated Personal Lines Producer to grow new business and deepen client relationships. You will work with a collaborative sales and service team to deliver tailored homeowners, auto, and personal articles solutions.

Ideal candidate has a Property and Casualty license, proven personal lines sales experience, and the ability to manage a busy pipeline while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty License.
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.
• Preferred: developing knowledge of personal insurance markets and AMS 360 experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing.
• Present customized homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters insurance solutions.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients as a trusted advisor.
• Keep clients informed on market trends, risks, and regulatory changes affecting their needs.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and activities.
