Job summary

Trucordia seeks a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic insurance brokerage team. You will develop new sales opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and tailor risk management solutions for clients of all sizes.

The role requires a valid Property and Casualty license, personal lines sales experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A competitive salary with commission is offered, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Property and Casualty License.
• Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must have a strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs
• Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.
