Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
• 2+ years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for long-term success.
• Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices with tools and platforms.
