• Demonstrate stellar customer service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with team and business partners such as Underwriting, Product, Billing and Customer Service.
• Alert Team Manager to workload, issues and escalated situations.
• Identify problems and escalate to the appropriate reviewer for resolution.
• Communicate with internal departments to complete daily tasks.
• Contact agents to obtain missing information on applications and answer questions within authority.
• Shift priorities as needed to meet deadlines.
• Process new business, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
• Work independently under supervision and manage workload efficiently.
