World Insurance Associates is a leading insurance broker seeking an experienced Personal Property and Casualty professional in Massachusetts. The role focuses on client service, renewal evaluations, and coverage recommendations using industry tools and templates.

Along with a state Property & Casualty license, you will handle billing, document accuracy, and client communications while maintaining precise policy information in EPIC.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations and utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing where applicable and obtain signed binding.
• Notifies carriers and reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC and process renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; initiate endorsements and invoices.
• Leverage templates to produce standard client communications.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
