Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support client services, marketing, reporting, and administrative tasks to help meet production and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree and at least four years of personal lines experience, familiarity with AMS 360, and strong communication skills. The role requires accuracy in high-volume environments and ability to explain complex issues to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of personal lines insurance experience, or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience using Vertafore AMS 360 agency management system.
• Full knowledge of personal lines insurance products and usages.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and perform within time constraints.
• Able to work in flexible and high volume environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to perform a large number of steps in complex system with accuracy and speed.
• Able to assist new business sales and retain existing business.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing to explain complex issues and interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• The personal lines customer service representative performs tasks that support service needs of clients and agency management.
• Assign and oversee service responsibilities including marketing activity, client service, support, reporting and administrative duties.
• Ensure production and quality standards are met; cross-sell and support new business sales efforts.
• Handle policy updates, renewals, and changes; inform clients of policy changes and coverage needs.
• Produce daily/monthly reports; analyze reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Audit work to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
