Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join our established agency. You will generate new business, build client relationships, and advise on personal insurance products.

The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, understands home and auto coverage, and has a history of achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting tailored homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies, preparing proposals, and guiding clients through renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with personal insurance products preferred.
• Proficient with agency management and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Prospect through leads, networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Present homeowners, auto, and umbrella options and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Advise clients for long‑term satisfaction and renewals; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in agency management software and stay current with industry trends.
• Collaborate with underwriters and team members.
