Job summary

North Risk Partners is seeking a driven Risk Advisor for its Personal Lines team. You will identify prospects, convert them to clients, and nurture relationships with existing customers to meet minimum sales goals.

The role requires developing solutions for client insurance needs and collaborating with multiple departments to cross-sell products while staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role
• Ability to obtain and maintain a property & casualty license
• Strong prospecting and client relationship skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business appointments
• Analyze and develop solutions for client insurance needs
• Build relationships with clients and offer all value-added services
• Sell or refer business across departments (P&C, benefits, personal lines)
• Track trends in insurance and regulatory changes to inform strategy
• Attend and participate in sales training meetings
• Maintain relationships with partner carriers and manage pipeline
• Enter activities into the company CRM per procedures
• Travel to meet client needs as required
