You will develop leads through Towne Bank partnerships and service existing clients. You will tailor risk management strategies, perform fact-finding, coordinate with carriers, review policies for accuracy, and contribute to achieving annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Current NC Property Casualty License or carrier experience.
• 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in using insurance agency management software and Microsoft Suite.
• Customer focused mindset.
• Adaptability to handle varied customer situations and industry changes.
• Organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop lead sources with Towne Bank personnel across departments.
• Provide consistent updates to referral sources on referral status.
• Promote Towne Bank and Towne Insurance within the community.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to needs.
• Perform fact-finding to confirm and update coverage needs.
• Coordinate with carriers to sell personal lines products.
• Review bound policies and documentation for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Towne Insurance Personal Lines support team and carrier services.
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
• Achieve objectives in annual producer sales plan.
