Job summary

North Risk Partners is seeking a driven Risk Advisor to build business by identifying prospects, converting them to clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on personal insurance sales and meeting minimum sales goals.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions, and collaborating across departments to serve client needs. Travel may be required, with a compensation package including base salary and commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a personal insurance sales role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a property & casualty license.
• Experience with prospecting and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business appointments.
• Analyze and develop solutions for client personal insurance needs.
• Develop relationships with clients through advising and value-added services.
• Sell or refer business across departments (commercial & employee benefits).
• Maintain pipeline, meet monthly sales goals, and document activities.
• Travel as necessary to meet client needs.
