The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a Field Marketing Representative for our Texas Personal Lines territory. The role focuses on driving profitable growth through selecting, developing, and managing independent agency relationships in the Houston area and surrounding markets.

Starting pay ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, with potential annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and agency operations.

Responsabilités

• Direct regional marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve agency goals.
• Develop and strengthen agency relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Review territory opportunities to pursue new business growth and support underperforming agencies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, claims and internal teams to deliver a consistent agency experience.
• Onboard, train, and market support for new agents and agency personnel.
• Travel throughout the territory to support agency relationships and field engagement activities.
