Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client calls and inquiries related to billing, policy information, products and services, and general account needs; route requests to the appropriate team when needed.
• Process requests from clients, carriers, and third parties, including policy changes, binders, endorsements, and related documentation.
• Review client coverage needs, identify potential gaps or opportunities, and help resolve service concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately update client records in the agency management system during and after each interaction.
• Support producers by completing applications and binders, assisting with policy rewrites, and providing underwriting information to carriers as needed.

Job Environment & Conditions:

This role is primarily performed in an office setting. While performing the essential functions of the position , the employee is regularly required to sit, hear, and use hands and arms ; the employee may occasionally stand or walk. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus .
