Job summary

The Risk Management Group in Mary Esther, FL is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day accounts, process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, and help clients navigate coverage questions with care.

You will collaborate with carrier partners, review portfolios, document interactions, and contribute to a friendly, local office focused on community service and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have Florida Property & Casualty license preferred.
• 3+ years of personal lines accounts experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AMS 360 or similar agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for policyholders with clear, caring communication.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with carrier partners on coverage questions and billing.
• Review client portfolios to identify gaps and suggest coverage adjustments.
• Document all client interactions in the agency management system.
• Join team discussions to share updates and solve client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their inquiries with clarity and genuine care.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with our carrier partners to resolve complex coverage questions and billing concerns.
• Review existing client portfolios to identify gaps in protection and suggest appropriate coverage adjustments.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly within our agency management system to maintain precise records.
• Participate in team discussions to share industry updates and brainstorm solutions for common client challenges.

Requirements

• Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 4-40) preffered
• Three or more years of experience managing personal lines accounts is preferred.
• Proficiency in Vertafore AMS 360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
• Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.
• Deep understanding of policy coverage forms and underwriting guidelines is preferred.
• Experience with comparative rating software is preferred.

Training and assistance is available for entry level applicants.
