Qualifications

• 2-5 years of personal insurance experience preferred.
• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customers via email and phone about policy updates.
• Assist customers with claims and guide them through the process.
• Cross-sell by adding new policies to round out accounts.

• Navigate and utilize insurance company websites to process policy changes and handle new business electronically.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their evolving insurance needs and provide guidance on appropriate coverage.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers through email and phone to inform them about policy updates or changes.
• Assist customers with claims, offering support and guidance throughout the claims process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Work with customers to add additional new policies to cross-sell and round out accounts.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in personal insurance preferred.
• Current Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance license of the ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
