Responsibilities

Manage customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Determine all impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies.
Identify coverage gaps and educate customers on mitigation options.
Document all contacts and maintain customer records accurately.
Maintain effective follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers.
Utilize technology to perform assignments and requests.
Service customers using knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and rules.
Draft and send correspondence and perform other service-related duties as assigned.
Support team and managers with additional service activities as needed.
