Legacy Risk Solutions in Gainesville, GA is seeking a friendly Personal Lines Client Service Agent to join our team. You will be the first contact for our personal insurance clients, answering calls, handling routine policy changes, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

You should have a high school diploma, a P&C license, and strong attention to detail. Experience in customer service or insurance is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applied Epic will help you hit

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
P&C insurance license required.
Customer service, administrative or insurance experience preferred.
Personal Lines experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, 365).
Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Answer calls and assist Personal Lines clients with policy questions.
Process routine policy changes, billing questions, payments, and service requests.
Update policies, endorsements, cancellations in the agency system.
Route complex coverage questions to the Account Service Manager or Producer.
Document interactions and maintain client files in the system.
Use Applied Epic and Microsoft Office to support daily operations.
Collaborate with the Personal Lines team to deliver excellent service.
