Legacy Risk Solutions in Gainesville, GA is seeking a friendly Personal Lines Client Service Agent to join our team. You will be the first contact for our personal insurance clients, answering calls, handling routine policy changes, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

You should have a high school diploma, a P&C license, and strong attention to detail. Experience in customer service or insurance is preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applied Epic will help you hit

Position Summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Personal Lines Client Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our personal insurance clients, answering phone calls, assisting with routine policy changes, and supporting the Personal Lines team with day-to-day administrative and service tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build a career in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist current Personal Lines clients with questions about their policies.
• Help clients with routine policy changes, billing questions, payments, and other service requests.
• Process basic policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other account maintenance activities.
• Route complex coverage questions or policy issues to the appropriate Account Service Manager or Producer.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and keep client files organized and up to date.
• Document client interactions and follow-up activities.
• Process mail, scan documents, and assist with general office and administrative tasks.
• Use Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, and other agency technology to support daily operations.
• Work closely with the Personal Lines team to provide excellent service to clients.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Previous customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Personal Lines insurance experience is a plus.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred.n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
