Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; associate degree with Personal Lines experience acceptable.
  • API designation or INS/AINS designation with Personal Lines experience.
  • Experience with state filing rules, rates and forms is a plus.

The Personal Lines Operations department is currently seeking a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the users of Diamond and the technical development teams.

In this role you will gather information from state filed rules, rates and forms; test and review existing workflows; interview internal end-users and work with development staff to develop solutions that maximize functionality for our users while keeping within time and resource constraints. The PL Business Analyst develops requirement specifications and follows established procedures to communicate the requirements to the team. The PL Business Analyst also serves as a Product Owner for individual Agile teams within the Personal Lines Department.

This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH. Hybrid work options are available in select departments at our Headquarters located in Fairfield, OH. Eligibility may vary based on your role, responsibilities, and departmental policies.

The pay range for this role is $55,000 - $85,000. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

  • a Bachelor’s Degree, an Associates’ degree with 1-3 years Personal Lines experience or Personal Lines experience of 3-5 years
  • an API designation or an INS / AINS designation with Personal Lines experience
