Role Description

The Personal Lines Agent/CSR is a full-time, on-site role based in Ephrata, PA. This position is responsible for assisting clients with personal lines insurance needs, including quoting, issuing, and servicing policies such as auto, home, and other personal coverages. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, managing renewals, and handling billing or claims-related questions in coordination with carriers. The role also involves proactively reviewing coverage, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring a positive client experience at every interaction. The agent/CSR will work closely with team members to maintain accurate records, uphold agency standards, and support office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer interaction skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in Customer Service roles.
• Ability to provide effective Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Focus on enhancing the overall Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Prior experience in personal lines insurance or a related field is preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Pennsylvania, or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Proficiency with office software and insurance management systems, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all client and carrier interactions.
