You will own personal production, develop referrals, coach agents, and drive retention and profitability as the office grows in a technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a high-performing Personal Lines producer with a track record of generating new business.
• Experience managing, coaching, or developing insurance sales professionals.
• Active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• Network of referral partners and willingness to participate in local groups like BNI.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Personal Lines carriers and sales dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meaningful personal new-business production and be a top Personal Lines producer.
• Generate new business through a referral network (mortgage brokers, realtors, BNI, etc.).
• Build and manage an active pipeline with follow-up on opportunities.
• Cross-sell existing clients and increase policies per customer.
• Model strong sales activity and accountability for the team.
• Lead the transition of two offices into one larger, consistent office.
• Coach producers on prospecting, quoting, closing, cross-selling, and follow-up.
• Monitor sales activity: premiums, quotes, close ratios, and policies per customer.
• Identify performance issues and create improvement plans with HR if needed.
• Oversee workflows, resource use, and accountability across the team.
