Legacy Risk Solutions LLC in Gainesville, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Service Manager to support policy transactions, client inquiries, and account maintenance while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced agency.

A high school diploma is required; P&C license is preferred or obtainable within 90 days. Insurance or admin experience is valued, with opportunities for growth and professional licensing within the firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Personal Lines insurance experience is a plus.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with billing questions, payments, policy servicing, and inquiries.
• Process policy transactions, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and other account maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system.
• Coordinate issuance of certificates and policy documents.
• Review endorsements and escalating complex changes when appropriate.
• Process mail, scan documents, and maintain complete client files.
• Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets to support team operations.
