Legacy Risk Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Service Manager to provide administrative and service support to the Personal Lines team. You will ensure policy transactions, client requests, and agency workflows are completed accurately while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Previous insurance, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with billing questions, payments, policy servicing, and general account inquiries.
• Support the Personal Lines team by processing policy transactions, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and other account maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information within the agency management system.
• Verify policy documents and account information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service.
