Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Service Manager to support the Personal Lines team with policy transactions, client requests, and agency workflows. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork within a fast-paced insurance agency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• P&C license preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, or admin is preferred.
• Personal Lines insurance experience is a plus.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, 365).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and policy servicing.
• Process policy transactions, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and other account maintenance.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system.
• Verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate issuance of certificates and client deliverables.
• Order MVRs, loss runs, and underwriting documentation as needed.
• Review endorsements and escalate complex changes to higher-level staff.
• Process mail, scan and organize documents, maintain client files.
• Maintain activity notes and workflow documentation in systems.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support operations.
• Collaborate to improve workflows and client service.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
