Job summary

Insurance Professionals of Arizona in Mesa is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. You’ll manage and service an existing book, handle renewals, billing questions, claims, and endorsements, and build trusted relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty license, has 1+ year of insurance experience, and can work full-time from our Mesa office. Salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License – REQUIRED.
• 1+ year of insurance experience – REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with excellent follow-through.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable talking with clients.
• Able to work full-time from our Mesa office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines clients.
• Handle renewals, policy changes, billing questions, claims, and endorsements.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.
• Help clients with home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles, life insurance, and other coverage needs.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Identify referral and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with new client onboarding.
