Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join their Northeast team. This position is ideal for a true broker/producer with a proven track record of independently opening doors and driving business in the personal lines market. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on selling high-value personal lines products such as Home, Personal Articles, and Umbrella insurance throughout the Northeast territories. Seeking the qualified candidate to reside in NY, NJ, PA, MA, or CT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently prospect, quote, and bind new personal lines business, primarily in Northeast.
• Develop and execute a robust business plan targeting high net worth individuals and middle market segments with premiums ranging from $5K to $10M+, leveraging our brokerage and pen markets.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize industry networks to expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3 - 7+ years of Personal Lines Account Executive, Sales, or Producer experience.
• Demonstrable ability to manage and grow a personal book of business in the personal lines sector.
• Strong understanding of the insurance market and products, with the capability to handle both production and some underwriting tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
