Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service and manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts. You will use the EPIC insurance management system to handle policy management, client communication, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, build relationships, and identify client needs.
2. Policy Management: Use EPIC to manage client records, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and collaborate with underwriters.
3. Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional sales and collaborate to expand the client base.
4. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to regulations and maintain organized documentation.
5. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and analyze policies for client suitability.
6. EPIC System Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency and stay updated on system features.
7. Team Collaboration: Work with claims, underwriting, and finance teams to improve service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in EPIC or other insurance management systems.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze policies and assess risks.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
