Job Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, build relationships, understand client needs, conduct policy reviews, and address inquiries professionally.
• Policy Management: Use the EPIC system to manage client records, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and collaborate with underwriters.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional sales, collaborate with sales team to expand client base.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulations, maintain organized documentation.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, analyze policies for client requirements.
• EPIC System Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency, stay updated on system features.
• Team Collaboration: Work with claims, underwriting, finance to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.
